How can an idea become such innovative products or solution?

As humans evolve and our way of thinking changes. Our knowledge increases with new discoveries, and we strive to achieve excellence through the unknown as we are aware that there are potentially endless possibilities through application and research and development. Through this curiosity, creativity and implementation spark ideas into application; regardless of whether it's done on purpose or on accident through experimentation. We understand that we have the ability to change the way things used to be to the way things are, and the way things will be in the future. Then we monetize it for personal gain, the greater good of humanity, or combination of both. Steve Jobs got frustrated, had a vision, implemented it, then created a need/demand for an iPod. The way we listen to, download, and play music has never been the same since.

What does it take to transform an organization into one driven by innovation capable of deploying innovative products and solutions?

It takes a thorough SWOT analysis of an organization and where they stand against their competitors. It also takes knowledge and understanding of the company's mission, vision, and goals with everyone's efforts on one accord as a company attempts to align itself with trends, society, technology, and evolution changes. It takes internal participation and cohesion led by a good change agent, leadership, and management to see it everything through. It takes honesty and integrity to be open with communication between stockholders, stakeholders, upper-level managers to lower-level employees, and the end consumer. Lastly, the dedication and persistent to strive for excellence to achieve a desired result or the ability to understand when to throw in the towel. All efforts are geared towards maximizing a company's efficiency and effectiveness while minimizing waste and abuse of available time, money, and/or resources.
