Using circuit $2\mathrm{.}1,$ for M$1$ use $2$N$7000$ or $2$N$7002$ and plot drain current as a function of gate$-$source voltage, sweep VGS from $0\mathrm{.}1$ V to $4$ V $.($You may need to generate plots in log scale$)$
