2. Prepare a network diagram of a certain project using PERT method (search the net for examples on PERT). The report should Include:
   • Introduction to project planning and scheduling.
   • List of activities at least (15) activites, the relationship between activities
   • The duration of each activity; each activity will have 3 values (a, m, b) and the expected value for each activity duration will be calculated.
   • Sample calculation
   • Discussion of the results and stated in point 8 and 9 bellow.

5. Draw the network diagram using AON and AOA methods.

19. Compare the different planning solution, select the best solution (most economical solution) and justify your selection.
21. Examine the interest of the different parties in a projects, i.e. clients, main contractor, subcontractors and the consultant.

25. Allocate the required resources for each activity (assuming the minimum number of the required resources).
27. Do resources leveling based on the comparison between all activities are executed on its ES and LS.
29. Crash the project duration by reducing in 3 days, then determine the crash time and cost of the project.

A proper report, either neatly hand written or typed, should be submitted. Important references should be given through citations. Whenever necessary, sketches should be drawn with a ruler. Report should include a copy of this assignment paper and its Rubric, important input/output data and sketches.
