Prepare a project to model a NEW SOFTWARE OR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT. There is relatively large freedom in the selection of SOFTWARE SELECTION. Prepare a report with inclusions from start of writing the Project scope, Executive summary up to finish with estimation of cost and time of the project chosen including a minimum of 25 activities. Choose appropriate project management techniques to Plan, Schedule and estimate. Analyze indepth the preparation, planning and execution of a large-scale past (or ongoing) development project. Assess the degree of project success or failure against the original project objectives and identify key success factors. All Necessary assumptions made on the analysis need to be mentioned
