Prepare project to model a construction project or software development project or event management project or new product development project. There is relatively large freedom in the selection of topic, choice of research method and team composition. Prepare a report with inclusions from start of writing the Project scope, Executive summary up to finish with estimation of cost and time of the project chosen including a minimum of 50 activities . Choose appropriate project management techniques to Plan, Schedule and estimate. Analyze indepth the preparation, planning and execution of a large-scale past (or ongoing) development project. Assess the degree of project success or failure against the original project objectives and identify key success factors. All Necessary assumptions made on the analysis need to be mentioned.

Instructions on Group Formation and Report Presentation

1. Single student or group of three students can work on the Project.

2. It should be submitted in a form of a Report.

3. The report will be subjected for plagiarism test.

4. Each member of the group should upload the report in the Moodle.

5. The submission of the report April 18, 2020. 6. Late submission will not be accepted.
