Prepare a simple contrac (no more than one page) for the sale of your Dining Room Table & 4 chairs to your friend (Jane Friend) for $500, all other terms may be at your choice.. You may use the following terminology in your contract:

4. Said property is sold as is. There is no warranty of merchantability, fitness, or working order or condition of the property except that it is sold in its present condition.

5. The parties agree that title to the property will transfer to the Buyer when said property is delivered to the Buyer's address.

6. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their assigns, successors, and personal representatives.
