Prepare a Work Breakdown Structure that includes the following:

• Description of project purpose
• Identification of WBS decomposition approach used
• Graphic depiction of the WBS
• Deliverables for each work package
• High level OBS and identification of cost accounts

Guidelines, helpful hints:

• Base your WBS on a real project (current or past)
• Keep your WBS to less than 50 boxes so that you can use the save and print functions in the WBS Chart Pro trial version.
• Use of the selected decomposition approach to developing the WBS
• Completeness (inclusion of the items listed above).
• Adherence to WBS heuristics discussed in this module and in the Gray/Larson text.
