Use the Bizagi Modeler application to model the FCI Post$-$graduate Management Process presented below: Modelling the Faculty Postgraduate Management Information System Process.

The Faculty of Computing and Informatics $($FCI$)$ offers postgraduate programmes with specialisations in Informatics and Computer Science. The objective of the FCI Postgraduate Management System is to facilitate keeping all the records of accepted students for each module, including their enrolment$/$registration status, proposal stage, thesis stage, and examination stage. Postgraduate students accepted for studies must successfully pass through these stages of progression before they reach the final stage and graduate. Overall, this system aims to make it easier for the staff members involved in the student progression management process to have a transparent process, as there is always a consistent update of student information.

The Faculty wants to develop a Post$-$graduate Management system. However, before systems development begins the post$-$graduate management process needs to be modelled. As Informatic students, you are tasked to model EACH stage of the post$-$graduate management process. To guide the modelling exercise, the descriptions of the various stages are presented below:

$1.$ Postgraduate Student Applications Stage $-$ At this stage the student completes an online application form. Upon receipt, the office of the Registrar will forward the application forms to the respective department, the HOD facilitates the selection process with the FPGC$.$ Accepted students have profiles created for them on the system with links to their supervisors by the FPGC administrators or Departmental Secretaries.

$2.$ Proposal Stage $-$ A student develops a proposal guided by their supervisor, once ready for evaluation the student gets approval from the supervisor to upload the approved proposal on the system. PhD students also upload a Similarity Index Report. The proposal is available to the student, supervisor and the HOD. The HoD appoint members of the FPGC to evaluate the proposal, at this stage the proposal is available to the assigned evaluators too. The Student is allocated a presentation slot. Upon attending to correction satisfactorily, the student attends to all corrections and attends the corrected version visible to evaluators, HoD and Supervisor. Once approved, the evaluators sign a checklist for PhD students, for Master, the student works on a summary of the research proposal and uploads it$.$ Upon approval a checklist also signed and uploaded by evaluators. he faculty evaluation process is also captured, evaluators upload their comments and approvals with their signatures for the faculty to send to HDC$.$ Once the approved and signed documents are on the system, the HoD grants access to the HDC representative, Associate Dean: Research and innovation and the Dean for FPGC approval.

$3.$ Thesis Stage $-$ After the student successfully registered for the semester, then the relationship between the supervisor and the student is created in progress reports. Progress reports will also be uploaded by the student at this stage on a regular basis.

$4.$ Examination Stage $-$ At this final stage, the student completes an intention to submit form, and uploads it$.$ Once the form has been accepted, the student then uploads the approved thesis abstract for examiner appointment. The Faculty shares the abstract with potential examiners, once accepted FPGC then recommends the examiners to HDC for approval. Upon HDC approval the HoD appoints the external examiners $(1$ for Master's and $2$ for PhD $).$ The student upon completion and approval from supervisor uploads the final thesis which is shared with External examiners together with assessment forms. Examiners share their assessments, reports and claim forms with the HoD. Upon receipt of all assessments, the HoD calls a FPGC meeting to evaluate the reports. The HoD then shares the reports with supervisor who discusses with the student and they attend to comments. The student completes a response to corrections and
