Privacy Compliance Checklist Instructions Within the healthcare arena, privacy and security officers should conduct walkthroughs of the facility. As a new privacy officer for YXZ Hospital, you have decided to partner with the security officer to do weekly rounds of the hospital. You realize that you will need a checklist to ensure that areas are in compliance with policy. Using the format below, create a checklist that will identify compliance with local policies as well as with federal and state laws.
