Draw the shear force and bending moment diagrams for the I$-$beam. Use any method or combination of methods that you find appropriate. To be considered complete, your diagrams must have labels for the axes, the values of $\backslash ($ x $\backslash )$ and $\backslash ($ y $\backslash )$ at the extremes of the beam and at points where the loading changes, and the slopes of the shear force and the bending moment at the start and end of regions where these functions are nonlinear.
