Determine the capacity utilization and efficiency for each of these situations:

a$.$ Joes's tasty burger has determined that its production facility has a design capacity of $380$ burgers per day. The effective capacity, however, is $295$ hamburgers per day. Lately Joe has noticed that output has been $255$ hamburgers per day.

b$.$ A manufacturer of print circuit boards has a design capacity of $6000$ boards per week. The effective capacity, however, is $5,250$ boards per week. Recently, the production has been $4,500$ boards per week.

c$.$ The design and effective capacities of an emergency facility are $320$ and $290$ patients per day. Currently, the emergency room processes $275$ patients per day.

d$.$ Would you say that systems that have lower efficiency than other systems will always have lower utilization than those other systems? Explain.
