Problem $3$: $(15$ points$)$ Using an $8$ to $3$ priority encoder $(74148),$ realize a digital circuit that will code four switch selections according to the codes in the table of Figure $1.$ The inputs of the circuit are active high switches $($SW$1-$ SW$5.$ The $74148$ has eight active low inputs $(0$ N to $7$ N $),$ one active low enable $($EIN$),$ and three active low outputs $($A$2$N$,$ A$1$N$,$ and AON$).$ You will not need to use the additional two outputs EON and GSN for this design.
