a$.$ Using the Portal Analysis method, determine the column shear forces at each column at each level AND the moments in the beams at the SECOND FLOOR

b$.$ USING RISA$-2$D$,$ determine the shear, moment and axial forces in each member and plot the diagrams $-$ annotate the diagrams to identify values along the member lengths. Determine and plot the deflected shape.

c$.$ COMPARE and contrast the Portal Method analysis results and the RISA $2$D results. In particular, compare inflection point locations, moment values, and the column shear distribution plus EXPLAIN similarities or differences in the results.
