Problem statement should address the key problem that the business faces at the moment and should be stated in a SMART(Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic and Timely) way.

For your deliverable 2, you are expected to research at least 5 articles on subject matter related to the business problem you are working on.
At the end of your presentation, you should be able to provide a conclusion on how this research would aid the business that you're working on and how this research might help you find solutions to the stated business problem in deliverable 1.
You should investigate the following consulting websites for your research to support your rationale:

Formatting instructions: 2 slides per the article and one conclusion slide, no more than 15 slides in total. Perform in-text citations and provide references in the appendix.
The first slide should be the problem statement for the business which was the last slide in your deliverable 1.

Strategic Alternatives and Recommendation.
For deliverable 3, you are expected to start your presentation with the problem statement and provide three mutually exclusive alternatives. Status quo is not an alternative and should not be used as one.
For each of the alternatives you should conduct a scenario analysis(Cost/Benefit analysis) and evaluate each alternative on criteria you think are appropriate. Based on your evaluation of the alternatives you should conclude the presentation with a recommendation which is one of the alternatives. Consider providing rationale for the evaluation criteria as well as your evaluation of the alternatives.
There is no limit to the slide deck. Your presentation time limit is 10 minutes.
