Build your implementation on Multisim for the schematic diagram in Step $7.$ Use the $J-K$ flip$-$flops under Misc. Digital, then TTL for JK$\_$FF$.$ Use Digital Clock at $1$ kHz $.$ You don't need to connect the SET and PRESET pins for this problem.
