You are asked to describe logistics planning for a real construction project case. Identify on-going or nearly completed construction projects anywhere in the world that interests you. (Note: The scope can be as small an expansion of a retail mall to a petrochemical plant.)

14. Identify the company or companies in charge of the construction project. Describe your findings.
16. Identify the logistics activities you actually observed (with visual evidence) and their working schedules. (If observations are not feasible, make estimates with educated guesses.)
18. Identify logistics workers and/or logistics contractors and their roles. Discuss the processes logistics workers/contractors actually perform (e.g. waste collection and transfer).
