Professor I.M$.$ Boring reported that his office was broken into over the weekend and someone stole a file containing copies of all his old final exams. During the course of the investigation by campus police, Hans Cleane, a student who had previously been arrested for selling Voka spiked oranges to other students in Criminal Procedure class, approached Officer Slim Baston and told him that if Baston would go to bat for him Cleane would provide him with information on the Boring break$-$in$.$ Officer Baston agreed to speak with the prosecutor on his behalf if Cleane gave him any useful information. Cleane said that a "little bird" told him that Deane Liste, a fellow student, was bragging at the Tipsy Bar and Grill, an off campus drinking establishment, that he "did the Boring job and plans to ace his final." Cleane also said that Liste was probably hiding the material in his attic. Boston prepares a Search Warrant application for Liste's attic. What problems might this Warrant have?
