Theoretical Framework or model for a Program Plan

There are a number of identified trameworks in monitoring and evaluation that help

explain how theory can inform the development of successtul programs.

As a Project Manager, select a project of your choice, that you would like to plan for;

Use the following as guidance:

i$)$ Description of the program including target population and main

components of the program $($one page$)$

ii$)$ Develop a conceptual tramework for the project

iii$)$ Developing a Logic Model Using the basic logic model template to develop

a $1-$page logical framework for your program plan. Uilize your goal and

cbjectives to guide and align with the logic model.

iv$)$ Formulate a goal of the intervention or program

v$)$ Formulate two $(2)$ objectives of the intervention

vi$)$ Develop three $(3)$ Process indicators for the intervention

vii$)$ Develop two $(2)$ Outcome indicators for the intervention

viii$)$ Formulate one $(1)$ Impact Indicator
