An airline hires you to develop a program for their bag check-in process. This program will estimate an extra fee for a passenger to load their bags. Fee is calculated based on the following rules

- Maximum 2 bags are allowed per passenger

- Maximum weight for each bag is 50 lbs.

- Additional bag that its weight is less than 50 lb., will be charged $120/bag

- Overweight bag will be charged $10/lb on every additional weight. For example, if a bag's weight is 65 lbs, this bag will be charged $150; (65-50) *10
