Write a batch process C$++$ program that will read user's form information from a file. The example is below to include the name, address$1,$ address$2,$ phone number, and email address.

Print their business card. Separate each line with a double space.

Calculate the subtotal cost of their business card in which each character costing $0\mathrm{.}10$ each.

Calculate the total cost to include taxes at a rate of $\backslash (8\mathrm{.}25\backslash \%\backslash )$ or $0\mathrm{.}0825$ and include a shipping cost. Each student's shipping cost can be unique. The class should have the different numbers.

Print the resulting business card and receipt $($the subtotal, taxes, shipping cost and total with $2$ decimal places$).$
