Write a Matlab program to solve the follwoing problem

Exercise I:

Use Newton's forward difference interpolation to approximate $f(\frac{\sqrt[\phantom{2}]{5}}{2})$ for the function $f(x)=\frac{1}{\sqrt[\phantom{2}]{1+x^2}}$ on the interval $0,1$ with the step size:

$($b$)h=\frac{1}{8}$

$($c$)h=\frac{1}{16}$
