Project 3 Reflection This is a personal self-reflection and an opportunity to review your current safe work practices. There are often changes to these practices especially regarding systems, equipment and practices in early childhood. Consider how you will remain current and up-to-date in the changing environment of your early childhood service.

Systems	To maintain my knowledge and keep myself updated with safe work practices regarding workplace systems, equipment and process it is essential that I regularly refer to updated policies and procedures, take feedback and information from WHS representatives, refer to the work practices, self-learning/ reading through industry papers and notes on WHS issues. I should also attend training and seminars regarding WHS practices, legislation etc.
Equipment	regularly carry out workplace inspections. ensure equipment and tools are safe to use, regularly serviced (if required) and maintained in good working conditions. provide workers with easy-to-understand information and training on how to do their job safely.
Practices	learning from everyday situations and issues and concerns that arise which form part of our daily routine while working in an early childhood setting. It's about reflecting not only about what happened but why. It also guides our decision making. It forces us to analyze different aspects of experiences we offer to make judgements on what should be repeated, extended, or changed. This enables us to develop and extend on children's learning and build upon their knowledge and skills. are all my answers aligns with the chilcare service settings?? help correct me!
