They are currently working in various industries and the most recentlyhave been awarded a contract byDoordash unique to Australia (including GST, BAS reporting and ABN) to develop a Website (Extranet) to manage deliveries from restaurant using a car or bike. In Australia there is a requirement to register for ABN and provide BAS reporting.

There is a strict requirement to register for ABN with the Australian Tax Office (ATO)

Project Objective Appoint your team to implement a website that is re-usable later by other customers but provides for DoorDash to keep track of deliveries.

It is development project of Content Management System/Extranet website.

Modules needed are:

• Automated process registration of ABN to the Australian Tax Office
• Products being delivered (i.e., extracted from DoorDashsite as transport list)
• Transport Provider details- Unique Id, Business Name and Address
• Australian Business Number
• Mode of transport (Car or Bike)
• Link to existing DoorDash Website (the CMS that is used is Drupal) to transfer the picking slip
• Delivery cost details
• GST, BAS reporting interface including business expenses
• Restaurant details including promotions and discounts
• Reports (Transport mode, suburb, restaurant, earnings, etc.)

Desired Outcomes:

• You need to select the Content Management System and development tools. DoorDash has suggested Drupal for the CMS.
• The system needs to be fully available on robust infrastructure in cloud.
• You need to specify the production environment, that DoorDash will provide.
• Set-up resources (development and test environment) and development teams and project management resources.
• It requires advanced security and regular back-up.
