To market it, the company put their own brand on the product for all of these and sell it also into public online store as well as in their mini store in each operational office. Franchise Referring to the popularity of the company and enhance the services scope, the company applied a franchise mechanism just for the sales and marketing. The Franchisee will open counter using the company brand, but only to collect the order and walk in customers from around the areas. There will be system key in in all franchisees for the transaction, that automatically can be seen from the main office. Daily, the company will send one of the pickup cars to pick up from all this franchisee (for laundry) to be processed and delivered the cleaned one when they are ready. All process that needs to go to customer for pick up, bug control and house cleaning, will goes directly into the main office system. This franchisee is personal owner, and will provide store spaces, employees and support marketing processes. For sales less then 20 million rupiahs per month, the company shares 10% of revenues, if more then 20 million, will become 20% and if more than 50 million will be 25%. 1 st every month, total transaction of the previous month is calculated and the share for each franchisee is calculated and request to finance for payment. Those who are willing to be the franchisee, will apply, then a team will be assign to survey the location to review. Later this team will make recommendation, and will go for manager approval. System to provide for Production and Retail Sales. Master material related to cleaning product or pest / bug control that identified the purchase and the self-produced Detail ingredient of each produced material to support production. Manage production request, or product availability to support production plan Manage production plan schedule and execution. POS to record sales transaction in the mini store of online order. System to provide for Franchise Master data for franchisee Apply and request to be the franchisee System to key-in the evaluation result of all the request (after survey) and the recommendation. Review and approval (or rejection) for all requests. System for all franchisee to key-in or record transaction in their places. Manage or differentiate orders from franchisee Manage or follow up orders from franchisee Recap and transaction settlement for monthly payment Make a payment request for all franchisee Make sure the system can recognize transaction that have been settle (paid) and those have not. Monitoring of franchisee transaction especially those below the minimum standard (of 20 million right now), to avoid personal customer that request as franchisee just get the discount.
