Project Description:

The project involves identifying (selecting) a given (real) business/non-business organization that operates in the UAE, examining and studying its existing information systems and technologies, and determining and documenting the extent to which organizational objectives are being achieved. Then, you are expected to draw recommendations based on your study and analysis.

You can use models, diagrams, and illustrations in your final report to explain and support your analysis.

1. Introduction about Emirates Airlines

Brief description of the purpose of this project and your solution strategy or plan of how to accomplish it.

2. Background about Emirates Airlines

Briefly describe the Firm or organization, including its main business activity and products or services it offers.

3. The Nature and Types of Systems in Emirates Airlines

Identify and describe the various kinds of information systems & technologies used by this firm or organization. Explain the main purpose of each system and the users it serves.
