Project Draft #1: Describe a process and craft a goal statement Determine a function at the work (or home or community organization) that likely needs systematic improvement. Between forecasting and inventory management in this course, you will craft a Lean Six Sigma project proposal, which will build each week. For Module 2, you should describe your process and the context for needing improvement. It would be best if you were sure to clarify who is the customer(s) in your process which is a necessary step in determining value. You should end this description with a "goal statement" of what you would like to see for this improvement project. Keep in mind that goals should be SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound).
