Project Draft #1: Describe your process and craft a goal statement Determine a function at your work (or home or community organization) that likely needs systematic improvement. Between Module 2 and Module 6 of this course, you will craft a Lean Six Sigma project proposal, which will build each week. For Module 2, you should describe your process and the context for needing improvement. It would help if you were sure to clarify who is the customer(s) in your process which is a necessary step in determining value. You should end this description with a "goal statement" of what you would like to see if you were to complete this improvement project. Keep in mind that goals should be SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound).
