Create a project plan using the GanttProject software, which incorporates the tasks listed below and follows the following instructions: . . Enter each of the five phases of the SDLC as summary tasks, which include the set of sub tasks indicated in the given outline. For this project, each phase is dependent on completion of the prior phase. Pay attention to the instructions given in italics for each group of sub tasks. The instructions tell you where task dependencies exist. Note those activities, which are labelled as 'milestones'. (Use the checkbox under task properties to create a milestone. This is a point in time, there should be no duration). Your project should start on 8/9/21 and end on 11/12/21. It is up to you to determine how long each task will take. Input you and at least two other team members as resources. Make yourself the project manager and assign other roles to the other members. Assign your team members as resources to each task.
