Project Overview

This project is based on the implementation and construction of a private hospital in Jeddah (city at KSA) with a capacity of 700 beds and 100 intensive care beds in various medical specialties. This project aims to fill the shortage in the number of beds in the city of Jeddah, by reading the data and statistics of the Ministry of Health, which indicates a shortage in a number of regions of the Kingdom. The fact that the city of Jeddah is one of the main areas and is witnessing a clear urban and demographic development, with a current population of about 4.9 million people. The beginning of this year is witnessing a comprehensive urban development process for some areas, especially in the south of Jeddah. According to Mal newspaper, about 75 billion riyals will be pumped to improve this area. An estimated 300,000 families have left these areas. It is noteworthy that the city of Jeddah contains, according to the latest statistics of the Ministry, 57 hospitals, which are statistics for 2018, with a number of 8,675 beds. Statistics show that there is one family for every 10,000 people. The private sector is represented by the number of Jeddah hospitals, about 40. South Jeddah was chosen because it will be reconstructed, and we seek in this project to make the hospital at the highest levels of progress and modern technologies.
