- Project Plan
As we aim to wrap up our course, this assignment is intended for you to demonstrate your learning on project planning, execution, monitoring and controlling.
Using the provided template, you will create an overview or preliminary project-planning document that (a) summarize each of the project management knowledge areas in turn, and (b) apply the knowledge area to your project.
Think of the document you are creating as a preliminary project plan. You will be supplying information to your project sponsor and your project team on what is being done, who is involved, when, and how the project is being completed.
Note: each 'topic' should be no more than one page; the template is pre-designed with the page breaks to assist in setting the length of each topic.

| Project Overview Construction projects will be provided with real-time accounting information regarding suppliers, machinery, remunerations, and subcontracts for a certain period of time by creating an online tool. By seeing the current cost, the administrator responsible for each project will be able to project those costs into an integrated system at the end of the project and determine the final profit for each project. As a result, the accounting department can calculate a more accurate cost of selling and generate reports for managers and directors of the company automatically. There will be a project manager and three developers working on the project. Three phases will be involved in the project: planning and requirements gathering, development and implementation, and testing and training. To ensure a successful implementation, the project team will work closely with the IT department and other stakeholders. |
