Project Remodeling the Kitchen

Objective: To practice the thought processes of the "defining" and "creating" phases by initiating a simple project us MS Word$/$ MS Excel & MS Project.

Assignment: You have decided to remodel your Kitchen at home. Complete the instructions below.

You don't have to be a construction manager or even a self$-$made carpenter to solve this problem. Simply approach perspective of a person who wants a nicer Kitchen. If you know a little bit about construction, you could actually sch work tasks to complete the remodel.

Part $1$ Create the Project Charter. Include a statement about the level of quality desired. Check templates in Black Date Jan$/8/2023$

Part $2.$ Identify$10-15+$ tasks and corresponding durations $($lengths in days$).$

Part $4.$ Identify at least $3$ pieces of equipment.

Part $5.$ Establish an overall budget for the project something to literally take to the bank, use MS Excel.

Part $6.$ Establish at least $2$ other cost constraints for different tasks.

Part $7.$ Identify at least $2$ people who ned to know the status of your project.

Part $8.$ Identify penalties if the due date is missed.
