Project Scope: You have been appointed as a project manager for the installation of a solar energy system in order to provide backup electricity to an old age home. Due to the recent electricity outages, the continuous operation of critical equipment at the old age home have been affected which has resulted in the death of a few of the residents. Due to sympathy from the public, large corporates have syndicated to provide the urgent funding needed to purchase and install the solar energy system. The stakeholders for this project are anxious about the progress of the project. They have demanded involvement from planning up until closure of the project.
