Project: Simulation in the Workplace

Write a letter to a business or government agency asking how simulation is used to improve operations. You might want to write a letter to ATT asking how their Call Processing Simulator works, which businesses have used it, and how many business simulations are run in an average year. Other suggestions include writing to the Federal Aviation Administration, an airport, or a major airline carrier, a major telephone company, a state highway, or corrections dept, a major dept store or supermarket chain, or military branch.
