Project Three Deliverables Training Plan o Identify the training strategy (in-house, vendor or consultant or combination ) o Determine if a train the trainer class is needed. o Identify the various levels of training required; management, client department and field user and more importantly what training should be included. o List the classes to teach for each level (End user, management, and IT Staff) and description of classes. o Identify the training approach. (I.E. CBT, video, classroom)
