Through the establishment of the main objective, my company will be able to follow a specific path rather than just maximizing profits. Upon setting up the objective, factors may arise at the end of the day that prevents my company from achieving the set objectives. These will be dealt with by ensuring that they are actually found and possible ways of solving them are found. My company will need to pick the best solutions and if better alternatives for solving the issues are there, then they should be checked on. After deciding on the best way of solving the issue, action can be taken to start the problem-solving process. Since we are a small sole proprietorship business it will be a narrow span of control. I will be in charge of the team leaders and in charge of the financial handler and social media representative. Organizational height - concerning marketing/sales advertising, there are numerous ways for businesses to reach out to customers for their interest. Social media will be the best type of advertisement as well as word of mouth marketing. Next, there is an organized height of ingredient and supply inventory and its responsibilities including suppliers, truck drivers, and inventory managers. Cleaning and maintaining the building will be the duty of the employees. Tall organization height will be suitable and will be beneficial because there will be more rapid communication among team members, there will be a smaller amount of employees that will be easier to control/manage, there will be a greater degree of specialization and division of labor, and better opportunities for employee promotion.

The departmentalization will be functional. Our business will be organized in terms of the main tasks that need to be performed. Along with food and beverage management, we have a team organized for operations and finance and sales and marketing. This will be the ideal option because of the focus and concentration of a group and their specific skills, also putting marketing personnel together in one department allows for more easily shared ideas making more efficiency, training is more focused on the functional area, the opportunity for promotion is usually clearer in the departments.

A decentralization business structure would be best because our managers are able to make quick decisions that can save the business money. I will be putting my trust in their instincts and abilities because I know they understand the daily work process in their respective areas better than I do, it will also lighten the workload which will help in developing strategic plans for the future of the business. Empowering managers will also motivate them to work harder because they want to prove that your trust in them is well-placed. It will also be the best solution to handle emergency situations like declining sales, cutting costs, using resources productively to handle policy changes.

Line structure organization will be most fitting because it is simpler to understand and establish for this company. Each team member will know clearly what they are responsible which will help when taking quick and effective decisions, it will ensure personal contact between employees and managers, and ensures discipline between the employees and employer.
