Write an essay with an introduction, body and conclusion, Your essay should alsa have in$-$text referencing and a comprehensive bibliography. Your essay should discuss the points below:

Discuss loadshedding using the principles of rational decision$-$making Your discussion should include summansed and concise thoughts and opinions as to whether load shedding is a rational decision or not.

Identify and evaluate one critical reason why Eksom has taken the decision to implement load shedding. Evidence in form of in$-$text citations is cribcal. A penalty will be applied if no in$-$text referencing is provided

Please state and provide an explanation for whether or not you agree with the loadshedding decision. Remember that your answer is based on the reason you found in number $2.$
