This assignment is intended to help you learn to do the following:

Overview
Over the length of the course, you will complete a 5-to 7-page report where you analyze a company or organization's strategic errors or successes. You will complete this paper as a polished report you could submit to a leadership team. You will also create a presentation based on your analysis during the last module of the course.
Action Items
- Choose a company or organization you would like to use for your analysis. Consider the following elements before you choose:
- You will be analyzing two of the organization's strategic managerial failures and/or successes from the last decade, so be sure to choose one that has identifiable failures or successes.
- Consider choosing a company you may want to work with in the future or one that's captured your interest.
- Once you have chosen your company or organization, choose the platform you will use to create a polished report.
- The platform can be Canva, Word, InDesign - whatever tool you are most comfortable with.
- Review the attached examples from Canvaand MS Word.
- Complete part 1 of your report by creating a title page similar to ones in the examples provided.
- Then, in 1 page:
- Identify the company.
- Give a brief history of the organization including:
- When it was established
- Its mission, vision, values, and goals
- What it sells, provides, or creates
- Why you chose it
- By the due date indicated, submit this first part of your assignment.
- Note that you'll be adding to the report every module, so keep a copy of it you can add to.
