Purpose

This assignment is intended to help you learn to do the following:

• Plan and organize a report from a manager's point of view.
• Analyze the organizations leadership style and effectiveness, and its diversity perspective.

Overview

Over the length of the course, you will complete a 5- to 7-page report where you analyze a company or organizations strategic errors or successes. You will complete this paper as a polished report you could submit to a leadership team. You will also create a presentation based on your analysis during the last module of the course.

Action Items

1. Consider the following questions about your organization:
   1. Who is the CEO, and what is their career and company history? Do they seem to value and prioritize diversity? What is their leadership style?
2. Then, in 1-2 pages, address these additional components in your analysis:
   1. Profile the CEO, their career track, leadership style, and effectiveness. Describe their level of success based on the Kinicki and Williams (2020) principles.
   2. Describe the organizations workplace inclusivity and diversity efforts. How have they been effective or ineffective? How does the CEO impact these efforts?
3. By the due date indicated, submit your assignment.
   1. Note that youll be adding to the report every module, so keep a copy of it you can add to.
