The CEO oversees the entire organization.

The CEO reports directly to the marketing director, production director, and chief financial officer (CFO).

The marketing director oversees four marketing managers, the production manager oversees three frontline managers, and the CFO oversees three supervisors.

Each manager/supervisor oversees several employees.

On your chart, include only three workers under each manager/supervisor for simplicity.
