Json file will be saved in /data/soulshield folder

Create a soulshield.py that reads the json file, based on input provided through Discord / Bot (I will code that myself).

The bot takes the name of the soulshield and the number (1-8), and returns the following: - Image of the Soulshield - Primary Statistics (broken down into multiple variable - dependent on how many Primary Statistics are there) - Secondary Statistics (broken down into multiple variables - dependent on how many Secondary Statistics there are) - Set Effect for the Soulshield (if there is any, again broken down into multiple variables depending on how many there are)

It should then print all these.
