your choices.

b) Many job design experts who have studied the changing nature of the work environment in recent years suggest that people do their best work when changes are planned and implemented the right way.

Using Kotters eight step change model, discuss how it can be used to ensure that the change process will go as planned whilst ensuring that there will be minimal resistance to the changes.
