In this question, I would like you look at the skiing and snowboarding sports in a hypothetical medium-sized mountain in the northeast of the United States. Lets assume that this mid-sized mountain is called snowflake mountain, located in Vermont, and every year the resort receives many visitors from neighboring areas and Canada from early December into late April. Your task is to be the consultant to the business office regarding modeling the growth of the business and identifying impediments to growth since they have been observing a slowly declining number of visitors over the past decade. This mountain is visited by daily visitors as well as season pass holders, and the mountain is surrounded by a little ski village that has several restaurants, condos, motels, and rental spaces for visitors accommodations.
