Question 2 Ideally, the strategy for the procurement function should be integrated to support higher levels of strategies, such as business unit strategy and corporate level strategy. First, identify corporate-level strategy, business unit strategy and the strategy for procurement function at the company. Then, appraise whether these strategies are well integrated to achieve the goals of the company. (40 marks)
