Read the following scenario and answer the questions that follow:

Alena is thirty-five years old and is married. She has just signed up for a degree in Marketing at WOU. As she has been away from studies for a long time, she is concerned about how she can manage her many family and social responsibilities while attending university. She has two young children to take care of. In addition, she does not have a maid to help out with her housework. While she aims to do well in her studies, she also wants to be a good wife to her husband and a good mother to her two children. As she is experiencing a drastic change in her lifestyle now that she has enrolled as a student, she is feeling rather stressed out.

We have learned there are three (3) approaches to managing stress. As Alena, which two (2) approaches will you use to reduce your stress? Explain how you will do it in about 500 words.
