Question 2b James is the managing director of ZYP Ltd. He arrived at the company's head office to discover the building was ablaze. He called the emergency services and when the firefighters arrived at the scene, James told them that the contents of his office were extremely sentimental and contained irreplaceable items. As such, if they could prevent the firu spreading there he would reward them with 50 each. The firefighters were successful in extinguishing the fire and it did not reach James' office.
