A framework contract was signed with "Interstellar Ops" for the provision of maintenance and operation services on the central teleportation machine and its teleportation portals. LS$2$ is ending in six months, the Technical Officer has observed increasing delays in the preventive maintenance plan, and an increasing number of breakdowns of the central teleportation machine. As a result, the system's overall availability is now below the required level and users are dissatisfied with the service level that Interstellar Ops and, to a certain extent, the Teleportation Operations Group are offering. In addition, CERN has observed an increase in non$-$conformities in sample checks performed both on preventive and corrective maintenance activities: The Technical Officer already discussed these issues with the contractor's team leaders several times. The Technical Officer also reviewed the contractor's QAP$($Quality Assurance Program$),$ in particular the working procedures, which were found to be correctly drafted. For the past few months, in order to facilitate an improvement in the service level, CERN's technical supervisors have spent more and more time accompanying the contractor's personnel to give specific technical advice on how some specific maintenance activities should be performed, in particular for the replacement and handling of Kryptonite magnetic cores. Still, the service level has not improved. If the situation does not improve soon, the Technical Officer intends to start applying penalties.
