4.1 Stakeholder Management Process is viewed as an iterative process, which manages stakeholders through a deliberate plan of action and strategic communications for the life of the project. There are certain steps that need to be followed to ensure this, Identify and define these steps. (8 marks)

4.2 Carissas predicament indicates to us that conflict, risk management and communication are a critical component of Project Stakeholder Management it is has also been urged that projects fail due to ineffective social interactions between the project stakeholders rather than lacking or ineffective project management practices. In other words, a project requires a flow of information among the project stakeholders. Witch indicates that stakeholders in a project need different modes of communication to share information.
