The core products include popular household medicines, Honey, Toothpaste and a leading herbal based Drink. The duration of the commercial should be 5 minutes and is to be run on all National TV Channels and Social media network. You have to highlight the company history, mission, vision, Chairperson interview and a showcase of successful products and a beautiful voice over. Consider the case scenario mentioned in Question No. 01. Part A above. After one month of initiating the project, the sponsor raised a new requirement of adding the achievements of the founder of the company in educational sector, i.e. establishing one large University, General library having more than one million books and a number of Medical and Dental hospitals.

1. What will be the impact of this change request in terms of Costing and Timelines?
2. Being the project manager, what will be your response to the client at this stage and what procedure you will follow to accept this change request.
