A Form 11 for rent arrears was issued Wednesday 20^th January 2021 and expired Wednesday 27^th January 2021 (breach was not remedied)

A Form 12 was issued Thursday 28^th January 2021 and expired Thursday 4^th February 2021

At the expiry of the Form 12 the tenants have not returned possession and are still residing at the premises.

Outcome of hearing

The tribunal hearing has come to an end and you have been given the following orders:

The Residential Tenancy Agreement between the parties be terminated as from midnight on 11 March 2021 on the ground of failure to leave.

A Warrant of Possession to issue authorising a police officer to enter the premises at 95 Little Grove, Ferny Grove, QLD 4055.

The Warrant shall take effect on 12 March 2021 and remain in effect for 14 days to expire at 6 pm on 25 March 2021.

The Warrant to be executed as soon as reasonably practicable after taking effect.

Entry under the Warrant shall only be between the hours of 8 am to 6 pm.
