Read below and answer the 3 questions logically clearly stating your reasoning-Short and precise.
1) Identify the inconveniences to potential customers that could impact business.
2) Would you go back to this store in the future? Why?
3) What could the manager have done differently in this situation?
It is the end of the day and you've just gotten off work. You need to spray some pre-emergent on your turf grass to keep weeds from coming up later on this spring. There's a local garden center on your way home from work that you can stop at but never have before. As you arrive you notice that there are a couple of container pots with various plants in them such as Ornamental Kale and Pansies. As you put your hand on the door you notice the hours of the store. They are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You got off work at 4:30. As you walk into the store it looks completely empty so you awkwardly start to look for the chemical section to find a pre-emergent for your turf grass. After a couple of minutes and several dead ends later you find the chemical section. You find one that you think is okay out of the 9 that they have on display. You walk up to the front and there's somebody at the cash register on their phone. You ask them if the pre-emergent that you just purchased will be right for the type of turf grass that you have. Employee says "I'm not sure but you could probably Google it." As the employee is checking you out a more official man walks up. He looks like he is the manager of the store, but you are not sure. He greets you and talks about the cold weather and asks for your name. You both continue to chat after the employee has checked you out. There were some bedding plants that you had passed previously and you want your wife to see them. You ask him if he has a website and the manager says that they do. He pulls out a slip of paper and proceeds to write it down. You take the paper and head for the door and the employee is following close behind. As you step through the door the employee pulls it closed and locks the door. You get into your car and proceed to pull away, but hear a pop occur at the front of your car. The front bumper of your car has become hung up on the parking space block that seems to be cracked and has shifted upward over time.
